Oh where do I even begin? Requested a bottom floor room, but was stuck on the second floor, unbelievable. The maintenance was a disaster, bathtub wouldn't drain, and the staff acted like I was an inconvenience. I almost decided to recommend this place, but can you believe no room upgrade was offered? Absolutely ridiculus.

Had great stay for the price with motivated staff and excellent location off I-40. I truly enjoyed rooms with a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was very close to resturants and main roads, restaurants and an old cemetery.

The outdoor pool was a nice touch after exploring the nearby parks, and the hotel's closeness to Verona Italian Restaurant made it easy to grab a delicious meal just a few steps away. This stay was perfect for enjoying the charm of the city while also having a cozy spot to relax after long walks.

The hotel was near all sorts of family-friendly fun, like parks and events to keep my five kids entertained. The room we had was spacious, and we all enjoyed the pool area, perfect for winding down after a busy day.

The hotel staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfy. We visited the local performing arts events and enjoyed the sports events nearby. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend getting a room with one bed for more space.
The only downside was some road noise from the busy highway, but it didn't bother us too much.
